we had a brilliant week. everything was fantastic. Staff were excellent and so friendly. the hotel was kept so clean- we were very impressed. we are planning out next visit!!

Our clothes and bedclothes got damp because the bathroom had no window or extractor fan. The bathroom door does have a vent which vents the steam right out into the bedroom where it condenses on the clothes in the wardrobe immediately outside. Three visits to reception to three different receptionists proved fruitless. No offer of room change but especially never a hint of an apology from anyone or any sense at all that they even cared. I filled in my remarks as requested by the hotel about my stay but have not got a reply. I do believe I am entitled to both an apology and some monetary adjustment. This is not a four star hotel

Hotel location near to the beach. Nice accomodation with large rooms and balcony; good variety of services and facilities. Buffet various (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and ethnic dinners. Possibility of leaving the luggage in the deposit and having a shower the departure day: you gain one more day of holyday!

Room cleaning was good,but the service personnel almost imposed timing even when the room was left empty for several hours in the morning. A couple of days we had to leave the room and wait out of it while the cleaning was completed; another couple of days the room was not cleaned at all. Maybe the internet service and the baggage balance should be free.

The hotel was very clean and well run with good facilities. The staff were helpful and very efficient. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

I cannot think of anything I disliked about the hotel. However a couple of minor suggestions are below. It would have been helful if the coffee and tea facilities were kept open after breakfast and lunch etc. So as with the water dispenser it remained self service. I think this would also help the staff as the the bar was often busy. A clock in the gym would be helpful, the exercise bikes do not have instrumentation, and if you forget to take a whatch it is difficult to time your exercise.

La Muralla de cristal de la piscina es un absoluto disparate,para el acceso,para la imagen del recinto hotelero,en caso de tener algún bañista un apuro del tipo que sea....Fue lo único que me pareció super feo del hotel,mi consejo, eliminar esas barreras de cristal,y sencillamente ponerlas como siempre.....

all inclusive resturant should be open all day? Did not like the gent at the pool bar thursday friday and saturday, I felt he was watching every order.if you order a large cola you shoulod not be told those glass are for beer only, other guests didnt have this problem I would like to see a bigger range of food at pool bar, maybe more like pizza for children

The location, near to down-town and the sea. Facilities of parking car. Personnel very kind.

in "all inclusive" booking you should have drinks by yourself not asking to waiters. In the afternoon you don't have a special corner for snack. The fact you can't have your breakfast in the morning if you get early to take your flight (in other hotels you can get it even if there are no waiters, because they leave it for you). Fruits was not good.

SOMETIMES, DURING THE EVENING / NIGHT, WHEN WE ASKED FOR INFO WE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY USEFUL ADVICE. IT WOULD BE VERY GOOD TO HAVE THE WI-FI ALSO IN THE ROOMS.
